About the Practice
Healing begins when the soul remembers what the world made it forget.
My practice is a faith-guided, trauma-informed counseling practice helping survivors of relational trauma rediscover confidence, connection, and peace.
My passion is helping survivors of narcissistic abuse, codependency, and emotionally immature family systems find freedom, faith, and self-worth on the other side of pain.
Founded on compassion and shaped by Christian values, my practice believes that healing is not only possible, it’s a reflection of your inherent worth. Through evidence-based therapy, education, and honest conversation, I help my clients strengthen boundaries, rebuild identity, and create relationships that reflect who they were always meant to be.
I offer validation, practical tools, and hope. Whether you’re healing from a painful relationship, learning to manage anxiety and guilt, or seeking to rediscover your sense of self, I strive to provide a safe, encouraging space to grow at your own pace.
Mission
To educate, empower, and support survivors of relational trauma through a safe, compassionate space for healing, guided by empathy, lived experience, and faith, and to help you find your voice, grow in self-compassion, and rediscover your worth!
Vision
To create a ripple effect of healing and hope through trauma-informed care that guides you to confidence, connection, and peace, trusting that every bit of healing within us adds more light to the world around us.

Meet Cara.
As both a survivor and certified trauma therapist, I offer something rare: therapy that’s grounded in knowledge and shaped by experience. My approach is warm, faith-sensitive, and refreshingly human, more conversation than clinical, and filled with practical tools to help healing last beyond the session, one honest conversation at a time.
